A8-6600K dual graphics with R7 250

I was wondering, is it possible for me to crossfire or run dual graphics with an A8-6600K APU alongside an R7 250 2GB OC Gpu?

I know it can crossfire with a 6670.. Don't know about a 250.

Nope, only Kaveri APUs can because in order to crossfire r7 250, because you need both graphics chips to be the same architecture. That would be GCN.

That r7 250 would also have to be DDR3 I believe if you ever upgraded to kaveri to do crossfire.

But that is a bad option, getting a really good GPU like a r7 260X even will be a lot better than APU + r7 250.

r7 250X wouldn't be useless, it would be your APUs integrated graphics that would be useless.

The FM2 line will crossfire with any 6xxx series or higher. This also includes r7 and r9 but any card over the r7 250x will bottle neck from the limitations of the APU. Memory type or frequency dosnt matter either.
