[SOLVED] a8-7600 for osu streaming

Is the a8-7600 with its igpu capable of live streaming to twitch or facebook live? sadly its the only pc that i have at the moment.

Calls for a minimum i5 4670 or equiv.
I feel like the a8 7600, where a capable chip it isn't own right, does not meet that criteria.
