After one bios flash on this board, my nvidia ethernet port was dead. I
tried anyways to resurect it but nothing work. They are no sign of life in
windows xp, but when I reboot, I see the port flashing in a green light and
turn dead when windows xp start. I tried to flash bios and incorporate the
originals codes from nvmac from the board too but no changes. ASUS don't
answer me to my e-mails. Someone have the solution?

I have a similiar problem, but if I completly remove power from the PC
(unplug or if the back of you p/s has a switch for on/off use that) it works
again for a while (1-5 hrs) and then I have to do it again. It started about
1 mth after I built the system.

sad! I'm a long time Asus user....
