[SOLVED] AA 8x vs 8xEQ

I am once again going through my graphic settings. I was trying to find how I could modify the number in Anti Aliasing since I was apparently on 2x. Anyway, I was googling what the difference between 8x and 8xEQ. I couldn't find much. Most of them were about 8xQ. What is the difference between 8x and 8xEQ and which is better?

Sounds like the EQ you are talking about is Enhanced Quality which is explained here https://www.anandtech.com/show/4061/amds-radeon-hd-6970-radeon-hd-6950/10
Towards the bottom of the page is an explanation about the name, it's really the same thing as the 8x you are talking about.

To see which of those you like better, try it and see. Compare quality and any FPS changes, then pick what you like better. If you can't tell any difference, toss a coin to decide.
