www.ebay.co.uk is a good place to look. They normally ship to Europe,
even if they don't write it.

Or ebay.de, look for the ones that ship to the rest of EU.

I cannot find any bx133 on all ebay (de, uk, com).

I would recommend to find a tualatin compatible motherboard instead.
If you absolutely need raid, then add a pci raid card. They are rather
cheap from CMD, silicon image.
I have not found any tualatin board with raid, maybe because the intel
815 ept chipset was not supporting it. It takes only 256 Mb per ram
slot, also beware that.
