Abit IC7-Max3 question

Is this board really worth the Extra $$? I like the idea of the extra cooling this board has, and it is full of features, but is it really worth the extra cash??

No, most IS7 owners are perfectly happy with their boards. Some seem to get unstable past 250MHz FSB (1GHz QDR), but most people don't have the equipment to clock much higher anyways.

You are paying a premium to Intel for the option of using ecc ram. There is also the chance that the 865 nb really failed the 875 tests.
