ABIT KT7 raid and 1.1 Ghz Athlon

Hi!
I get absolutely awful CPU benchmark results in 3Dmark 2000 on this machine.
(only relevant stuff listed)
ABIT KT7raid with 768 Mb PC133.
Athlon 1100
Creative Geforce2 Ultra
Windows ME
Vcache limited to 512 MB max for compatability (using MSCONFIG)
Latest Creative official Graphics-driver (equals Nvidia 6.34)
Bios does not have defaults above 1 Ghz, so I have set that manually to x11.
I have tweaked the bios very little othervise. I activated AGP 4x and fast write enable. But I still should get a decent result. Right now my Athlon 650 on KX133 and Geforce ddr gets WAY better benchmarks...
What am I doing wrong, or do I have to sit and wait for a new Bios for the KT7.
Aparently the latest bios is the one installed...

I found out the problem with this. It's simply 3dmark2000 that makes this. I gett expected results with 3dmark99max, Norton benchmark, Final reality amongst others. Just wanted you all to know I figured it out...
