Question About controlling the fans RGB lights ?

Hey guys, hope you are doing well.

Gonna cut it short, yesterday I bought a brand new Zalman Z9 Iceberg Mesh Case which comes with an RGB controller. I plugged it into d_led 1 since it was 4 (1 absent) 5v pin. The lights are on but I can't control them.
I also plugged 2 cheap fans into the controller ( their rgb can't be changed) could this be my problem?
I have been working on this case since yesterday and I feel so tired. Did lots of research but sadly can't find a proper guide about the case or the RGB problem.

What is the make and model of your motherboard?

You might also want to pass on images of your cases' ARGB hub and how everything is tethered to said hub.

The 2 on the bottom are; 1 is 5v for control and the other one is 4 pin classic system fan pin.
