Apparently it does work, but you need to be on the latest BIOS...Also make sure you have a decent ish power supply..But I think if you have not updated BIOS ever, that may be the issue.
Hmmm..interesting. I presume you have gone into the BIOS just to make sure you have set it to use the PCIe GPU...this should have happened automatically!!! but just in case.
Also double make sure on the HDMI connection to the monitor. Other than that I am a bit stumped...What Power Supply are you suing in terms of watts?

In the BIOS there should be a setting for which GPU should be working the internal and the PCIe GPU the 1050ti..This should be auto anyway but just check and make it the primary GPU...

Apologies I know understand, it is revision 3 and you are right, it is totally different. Sorry I am just not sure and it probably wont. Hopefully someone else might jump in and help...
