Yes, if you have an open PCIe slot. However, this board supports very low performance components. If your goal is to upgrade, you might start with new board & CPU.

you can't add a graphics card at all to your system because it does not have a pcie slot.

Unless your graphics card is running of a PCI slot on a PCI-e Slot you cannot put a generic graphics card on the board, sorry 🙁

That's what it CAN have, but that doesn't mean the manufacturers have to put it on there.
I just looked up pictures and that board doesn't have a PCIe slot.
