About Gtx 960 Display Driver Stopped Working and Low fps on HoS

So i oc my gpu before and i know display driver stopped working when ur card cant handle the oC anymore but today im plaing Heroes of the storm i got very low fps 20-40 on LOW SETTINGS on my GTX 960 my bro using an A6 richland on low settings gets 60+ fps wtf
and sometimes i get the error display driver stopped working and my pc started to lag i already removed the oc on my gpu but it still occur
