Normal is different for every case. It depends on the cooling of the cpu and also the the airflow through your case. Do you have some temps you could share? It is a locked processor so if it is high it is probably a problem with the cpu fan.

i have deepcold d-shield with brand fan and for cpu boxed cooler. for cpu temp is 41-42 C for mother 35 C is it normal ???

Psu is thermaltake r2 530 wat
GPU r9 270x
kingston 2x4 GB 2133Ghz ddr4

Is that idle temps? what does it look like on load? Idle temps aren't necessarily indicative of a problem unless of course they are super high. Yours are a little high but if it doesn't go over 75-80c on load that's ok and pretty normal for stock fan.

thx for answer i tested it on cod AW and there was 70C
