About installing drivers for computer

I have built a computer and I don't know what drivers I have installed how can I find out an can they be installed twice an will it hurt the computer if they were installed twice. I don't know what to do next I don't know if I need to get a new ssd an start from scratch or what need help.

It's AMD ryzen 7 1700 with g-skill 3200 2x8gb ram with 1060 graphics card with asrock x370 killer motherboard.

I went to asrock x370 killer motherboard for there downloads and I have downloaded some but I don't know where they are at to tell what else I need or if they have been downloaded twice they have a all in one at the top of the download page an then there is a list of downloads from that point on an I just don't know which ones and if it would hurt if download twice not sure that I have not allready download twice.
