about installing vga driver in pc

Sir ,
i have i5 processor,4GB ram,2.06ghz with NVIDIA GEFORCE 84000GS vga card

but my question is my pc not responding to install mother board VGA software .

you don't need Onboard graphics till you have an Dedicated Graphics Card.
Simply install the drivers of your GPU.
