RAM: 3 GB DDR2
Graphic Card: ATI Radeon HD 5450
Mention the games (having good graphics) which can run without a lag (giving 25fps at least) ???

Having good graphics? None probably.
Your system is quite old, your GPU was low end even when it was released in 2009.
You can try playing games pre-2010 on low-medium settings and low resolution.
