Hello. Ever since I upgraded to this board, I’ve had power cycles that I have narrowed down to being memory training. Now besides that, the computer runs great. Only problem is it appears I’m missing the setting “Fast Memory Boot” in my BIOS. Not under advanced DRAM settings or anything, despite my manual saying I should have it. I’m on the latest BIOS update as well. Any tips?

After looking at the manual for the motherboard I don't see any specifics for the "Fast Memory Boot" setting you are referencing. Just as a one off, consider these things:
1) Does the memory you are using support such a "feature"?
2) Do you have the memory installed in DIMMA2 and DIMMB2 respectively?

I'm not sure how much memory you are using as you didn't include it with your system specs so its a shot in the dark.

Huh, either I’m looking at the wrong manual, but I see it under “Advanced DRAM” category, called “Memory Fast Boot” on page 67. I have the RAM installed in the 2nd and 4th slot, it’s 64 gigs, and it’s DELTA TEAMGROUP DDR4

My bad, I just didn't scroll down enough. 😉

1) What is the model # of your memory modules?
According to their compatibility tool, the highest TEAMGROUP modules supported are 16Gb each for each DIMM.
2) Are you running 2 32Gb sticks or some other configuration?

1) Module number is TF3D464G3600HC18JDC01
2) 2 32Gb sticks
According to PCPart Picker, it just needs a BIOS update…
Thanks for your help!

I have an MPG Z390 GAMING EDGE AC and an i99900k, my bios is the factory version of 2018. Can I just download the latest bios and install it, skipping all the previous ones? Or I must instal for example AMI BIOS7B17vA5 and than lastone. or one by one. help pls

In most cases you don't have to stair-step the installation unless the manufacturer's manual or site recommends it. Check there to be sure.
