About two windows

Hello
I have a problem that is

I install two diff window in two hard disk in sigal motherboard
But when we multipal time start a window continously then second window will be damaged
What i can do

Since its two different drives it should be based on boot priority-if drive 1 is set as the primary boot device it will boot windows from it, not affecting the 2nd drive. You should still be able to access all the files on the 2nd drive.
Question is why do you have 2 windows installations on a single system?
