Question Above4G and Resize bar

I saw a video saying resize bar and above 4g can help with stuttering in games, i was wondering if thats true

resizebar does help with distribution of graphics card processing, but...
it depends on which specific card you have and how that one may settle with your motherboard.

It’s an EVGA 1650 super and the motherboard is an MSI B550m pro vdh-wifi
