[SOLVED] AC or fan?

So my setup at home (in the garage) consists of three computers that run non-stop. At this point, I had to replace the ventilator in one of them twice, and I'm thinking it's best to just assure better cooling in the room. What would you recommend? (I mention that I don't have the budget for industrial/commercial ACs or other stuff like that, so go easy on me budget-wise with your recommendations).

Solution
How big is the room?
how often do doors get opened and closed?
does it have a outside window?
where do you live climate wise, how cold/warm does it get through the year?

This case is complicated and the questions asked above are relevant. When you say that you replaced the ventilator you mean the CPU cooler? What temperatures are you experiencing and what hardware do you have to cool.
There are many factors to consider, even if generally for a temperate environment i would go for an efficient ventilation of the pc w.r.t. blasting AC in a non insulated room with a big door.

I have a 2 car garage at home and use a $150 house window unit during the summer, turn it on about 30 min before heading out and it takes the heat out of the garage during 90-100*F summers.

My server room at work (small company) 5' wide 10' deep 8' high room uses a window unit that runs all the time but uses the temp setting to cycle on and off when needed keeps the room around 67*f year round with 5 servers in there.

Solution
There's not enough details, so I'll just give you a slight recommendation. If I didn't have the biggest budget out there but would need ventilation and cooling, I'd go for a portable AC within my money limit. Here are a few suggestions you can check https://www.optimainstitute.com/ac/small-portable.html But honestly, it's best that you see what hardware in the PC is causing issues and maybe go for better PC ventilation rather than focus on the rest of the environment. Best of luck!
