Access point fried?

I terminated a cat5 cable wrong from my power over Ethernet to my wireless internet access which is outside on an antenna pole. I corrected the wires and my router shows that I'm on the Internet and the light on the access point is own but I can't receive Internet data.
Did I fry something? I have terminated the cat5 cable several times thinking that was it. The reason I terminated it was that I believed it has a short in it but the issue could be my POE injector. Any ideas??

Most likely you need to configure the AP.

If you use a 48V PoE injector (standard) with a 24V PoE device (lots of Ubiquity stuff uses 24V), you might fry it. But then the lights won't be on.
