Access point slow wifi speed

Hello!

I use a Tplink 701nd v2 as a client To my router (alcatel pipe)
I use a random router (another alcatel or an gennet oxygen) connected as an access point with utp cable on tplink.

So I have Internet Via router number 2.

The problem is that wifi speed is too slow. When I connect Via cable To router 2(access point) everything seems To working like a charm. But when I use wifi speed is 1/8 of actual speed...
Router one is on Channel 11 and router 2(ap) on 6... Or 1..

in any aspect unplugging router,modem from the wall for couple minutes helping get speed back.
