[SOLVED] Access points stops delivering wifi

So, I got myself a ubiquity lite access point, and it's perfect for my house in terms of speed and range, but I have a problem.

Sometimes after a few hours, and sometimes after a few days it stops delivering internet.
It's still on, and my phone can receive it's local network wifi, but no internet connection (my phone has an ! next to the wifi icon, even though it's 4 bars)

This problem happened with my old access point as well, which I replaced because of this issue, and I though it was just because it was extremely old and probably faulty, but this seems to be a problem with my actual router cutting them off.
I disabled the wifi network from my router so my access point has less interference as well.

Solution
I have not set a static ip, that could be it.
I haven't tried pinging them, and it's the regular lite ap.
Latest firmware, ubiquiti poe injector and I am using the app to control it.
I don't have one of those APs. I don't have trouble with the latest (5.43.36) firmware, but some people do.
You can actually SSH into the AP. It is a linux like OS. You can look at the logs.

Is the AP a static IP? Could you have an IP conflict.
When you have "local" connectivity, can you ping the router IP address? What about the AP IP address?
What is powering the AP? Ubiquiti POE injector? POE switch?
Is this the 6 Lite AP or the regular Lite AP ?
Which version firmware are you running?
Are you using the phone app or the controller software to configure ?
