when I tried to activate a program called Folder Marker with the keycode
I get this popup access violation at address 2E94E9AB read address 2E94E9AB
how can I fix this it happens just after I try to restart as I was instructed after entering the keycode
I spent weeks trying every which way , I am an old guy 86 so not as sharp as the younger fellers

I agree with what rgd1101 said. You can submit a ticket to Folder Marker’s support by clicking here. Give them the same information you posted here, and they should be able to help you.
