Question Accessibility options in Linux OS?

Due to my disability I use the on screen keyboard and speech to text in Windows 10. Do any of the Linux operating systems offer the same type of options?

One thing you could do is download the ISO and put it onto a USB stick and boot to that stick to see if the options are there that you need.
