Question Accessing BIOS on new PC

I bought a new computer a couple of weeks ago. These are the specs:
Asus B850M-Plus TUF (WiFi)
AMD Ryzen™ 7 7800X3D CPU
DeepCool AK400 Zero Dark
Kingston NV3 2TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD
Corsair 32GB DDR5-6000 Vengeance
Asus GeForce® RTX 5070 12GB Prime
Corsair RM750e 750W 80+ Gold (Modular)
Windows 11 Home

Windows was preinstalled.

But I can't get into my BIOS. I called the retailer I bought it from - they said to go restart with advanced startup - no joy. Just shuts down and eventually (at least 5 minutes) reboots to win logon screen.
Tried forcing via the run dialog - same as above.
Tried pressing F2 and DEL - same as above, but longer startup time.
Some of the options sometimes leads to no reboot - ie. just black screen.

Any suggestions?

Contacted the retailer again. They told me Samsung Odyssey monitors can complicate accessing BIOS, because they are slow to turn on. One of my monitors is an Samsung Odyssey. So took it out of the setup and accessed the BIOS. Couldn't actually manage the setting I wanted to manage - but that is besides the point.
