accessing CD

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics (More info?)

I had to restore my computer with Windows XP Home 5.1. I
saved my documents and my address book on seperate cd's
but after restoring computer it will not let me reinstall
from cd's. Message says file blocked. How do I unblock
these files?
