So, i was tying to find what the world happened with my secoundary HD, because it was not mounted. I figured out i forgot to assign an drive letter, so i got to compmgmt.msc, and then, instead of putting an drive letter on the correct drive, i just assigned one to the Windows Bootmgr partition (100MB one), and now i can't seem to remove it, and i'm scared because it says that it has to unmount and it's being used, thus making some programs unusable (in this case the whole OS). Any help?

Solution

1. Screencap of your Disk Management window.

2. You should be able to remove that drive letter.
In Disk Management, right click, "Change Drive letter or path" Remove.
