Accidentally converted external drive to ESD-USB of 32GB.

I accidentally converted my 3TB external drive to an ESD-USB of 32GB, Im now trying to recover my personal files worth of 1.5-2TB using an activated version of easeUS Data Recovery Wizard.

What do I do after the files have been recovered?

And how do I revert my External Drive to it's original 3TB stage?

I've been searching for guides and such for an hour and found a good one, but still need some extra help on my next step..

I really don't want to loose the files.

Then you cant safely recover anything.

So, I downloaded a Data Recovery Tool, got a license for it and started the scan.

Right now it's at 27,950 Files / 500GB / remaining time: 6:47:30

I only have 2x 1TB in RAID which are 1.8TB worth of games on it.

And my OS SSD which has 330GB left.

And this 3TB External drive on which are files currently being recovered.
