Accidentally deleted .rar files, any hope to recover?

Hi, yesterday I deleted 7 .rar files which I downloaded. they were rar parts of something I was downloading. from part 01 to 07.
I really need them but I haven't tried to recover them since I thought they're rar files and even if I do they will be corrupt and not working.
Should I try it? which recovery software is the best for this case?

Tried it just now, Recuva could find 2 of them but it said they're not "recoverable"
