Ok so about two weeks ago I switched my psu voltage and my pc does not turn on anymore, I did not realize the cause of this was me switching the voltage so I don't remember what voltage I changed it to (115v to 230v or 230v to 115v). So my question is, did switching the voltage only killed my psu or my entire system?
Thanks!

Solution
I don't know but I googled what voltage my country operates it said 230v 50hz. I live in Armenia.
Ok.
If you switched it from 230v to 115v and powered it up...

Either a fuse inside the PSU is blown, or the whole PSU is dead.

What is the specific make/model of the PSU?

What is the electricity in your location?
110v (US) or 230v (elsewhere).

If you switched it to 115V, then the PSU is definitely dead. The 115V switch typically directs the AC input into a voltage doubler so the AC side can operate at 230V. So you can imagine what pushing 460V into a system expecting 230V will do.
So switching to the incorrect voltage only damages the psu right?
