Accidentally uninstalled AMD Driver/Display Adapter and can't reinstall.

So I was trying to update AMD to 16.11.2 and it just wouldn't install, it said that it wasn't installed.
Anyway, I tried to uninstall AMD Install Manager in programs, and through the uninstaller I tried to uninstall the current version of my driver and reinstall it to the latest version. I accidentally completely uninstalled the entire driver and now I can't reinstall it. I went to Device Manager but my Display Adapter isn't showing up, so I can't update it through here either. So I tried going to Display Settings, it says I'm using Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

So my problem is, I can no longer install a display driver, or any AMD driver at all. I've tried autodetecting it with the amd utility and it says it can't detect any AMD Drivers.

My card is the AMD Radeon R9 200 and I was trying to update to 16.11.2
