Accidentally uninstalled graphics card through device manager, black screen now

So as the title says I accidentally uninstalled my graphics card (gtx 670) through the device manager. My computer then immediately went to a black screen. I haven't been able to get any display since. I can't even get my on-board graphics (is that what it's called?) to work.

I'm at a loss. I have no clue what to do to get anything to show on screen. I've restarted my computer multiple times and it seems fine, but my monitor just isn't detecting any picture, so I obviously can't do anything to fix it. What do I do?

Remove the video card from the system and then try to use your on-board graphics.

After you get a picture, go into your BIOS and make sure your motherboard is setup to use the on-board, even if it is just secondary.

I believe it will be labeled as a setting between "PCE-e/IGP" or "PCI-E" etc in the Northbridge section (could be Southbridge, but I believe that is on-board audio most of the time).

pull your gpu OUT of the computer.

bios will default to the gpu when one is plugged into the motherboard, reguardless of where your monitor is plugged in.

and it sounds like the gpu just needs to be pulled out of the "socket" so to speak. it's drawing power and basically had a hardware crash, and not restarting. leave it outside your machine for a few minutes.

restart on the onboard video, and make sure windows is ok. then turn off your pc. pull the plug from the back of the computer, and wait till the LEDs on your mb go out. hit the clrcmos button (or jumper) wait another minute, then plug the system back in, put the gpu into the motherboard, attach the monitor.

all should be well.

are you able to get bios to show up at all? If so check video option. also try taking out your gpu and hook up to onboard... if that dont work then you might try pressing F8 before it goes in to windows and you can try safemode to get to go in windows... if none of any of that works for getting gpu to show up you might need an reinstall or if you can go back a few days on backup manger if you can...
