Accidentally used a Wet wipes on cleaning my CPU

I Accidentally used a wet wipes on cleaning my cpu, I used it too on cleaning the RAM parts, Is it a Bad Idea?

Key word is wet. You should use alcohol as it will evaporate. Typically canned air is sufficient though.

Wet wipes (depending on the brand) may have perfumes and hand softener additives in addition to the alcohol.

These additives will leave a residue that may VERY SLIGHTLY reduce the new heat sink grease's ability to provide the best contact and thus the best cooling.

Honestly, there is no problem here.

(I personally have 99% pure alcohol handy and would clean the parts again with that... why leave even a tiny amount of residue when you can clean it easily).
