[SOLVED] Accidentaly deleted all files inside windows folder in windows 7 ultimate

I just deleted all of the files inside windows folder. Now the pc just gives BSOD everytime I try to boot it. When I keep the pc open after BSOD it goes into startup recovery. The recovery doesn´t find anything.

You need to do a full reinstall of your OS.
Somehow, you managed to cause Windows to delete most of itself.

Not a problem - Just re-install the windows operating system, and all of your applications. This is good practice.
