Account Password Reset Failed

Hi, I have not logged into my account on tom's hardware in awhile. a couple days ago I went to log in and it said my password was invalid. so I went to reset my password but it keeps giving me a error saying the password reset had failed. I sent a couple emails to support and never got a reply back. I made this second account so I could maybe get some help on the issue.

Would you please provide the most important information, your other account's name? You can PM me or another mod; I'm not sure what the process is but I'll look into it.
