Hi i know this is completely a different thing in work but i just got a prepaid debit master card from myvanilla and i was wondering if i wanted to put more money in the card would have need a registered account

No, because that's against the law and Tom's Hardware does not allow for discussion of illegal activities. You will need to have an adult create and manage the account for you until you do turn 18.

Unfortunately it's virtually impossible (and often unlawful) to acquire a credit card as a minor. This is due to the credit nature of credit cards; minors cannot be held legally responsible for lines of credit. If the cardholder were to default on the line of credit, the bank would have no way of recouperating the lost funds. Some financial institutions offer debit cards that can be used on the Visa or Mastercard financial networks in addition to the Interac network. Since these credit cards are actually tied to a debit account rather than a line of credit it may be possible to acquire one as a minor.
