Hello,

Ever since I got my PC over a year ago, my PC always freezes for 3-5 seconds a couple seconds after startup either as a log in or on the login screen or a little bit after like when discord opens, I never thought much about it but recently its been really starting to bother me, this has been going on since the first day I got this computer. Any possible reasons and/or fixes for this issue? I have zero idea what could possibly be causing this, I've reinstalled windows several times and my SSD seems fine as its at ~96% health.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

I've reinstalled windows several times
Where did you source the installer for your OS? Did you recreate your bootable USB installer to rule out a corruption?

alright well these are my PC specs
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-D15S
Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi
Ram: G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000
SSD/HDD: Crucial T500 1TB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Super
PSU: NZXT C850 Gold 850 Watt (2022)
Chassis: NZXT H7 Flow (2022)
OS: Windows 11 Home
Monitor: Acer XF273 M3

My PSU is about a year and a month old at this point and I got my windows installer from Micro Center because I figured it would be the safest bet to buy it and my BIOS version is E7D75AMS.1O0

In addition to above, which auto startup programs are run ?
I have like steam, discord and thats basically it

Specs wise you have a solid build while you don't have a BIOS update pending(at the time of writing). Using Crucial's Storage Executive, see if the SSD you have is pending a firmware update.

What is your power plan set to? Power saving, balanced or performance?

Give this video a whirl;

Try and recreate your bootable USB installer for your OS using a spare USB drive and Windows Media Creation Tools. Try and install the OS in offline mode. While you're connected tot he www, the OS will download drivers it thinks is right for your platform which often times isn't.

Once you've your OS install is successful, install all relevant drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator while in offline mode. Goes without saying, make sure you've backed up all mission critical data of the drives before proceeding.

Try without them, it takes time to start them and connect to their servers. As there could also be a delay activating drivers etc, try a program like this.
