Acer 24" IPS G246HYL Worth Getting?

Hey everyone!

So the Acer 24" IPS G246HYL is on sale at my local best buy for $149.99 and I currently have a LG Flatron E2060T-PN and Im wondering if this monitor is worth upgrading too? After looking around the reviews aren't that great and I'm looking for a budget gaming monitor between $150-$200 in at least a 24".
