Acer Aspire 4730Z Battery pbm

I am having Acer Aspire 4730Z. just two months back its battery status said 0%, plugged in, charging but always be at 0%. When i tried to run the laptop by mains AC power after uninstalling battery. But even then it is not starting. it will start for max 3-5 seconds and automatically switching off. what should i do?. please answer me soon.

I am using the Acer Aspire 4730Z for last 8-9 years. I have changed the battery & charger twice. But since last two months, its battery status said 0%, plugged in, not charging. When I tried to run the laptop by mains AC power after removing the battery, it's not getting started. It will start the laptop for 3-5 seconds and automatically switched off. What should I do? Please reply ASAP.
