Question acer aspire atc-120-uc22

Hello everyone I have just recived a pre built acer and am having a problemn the previous owner said he had it running a month ago no problem then it blue screen out of no where. Apprently it hasnt displayed anything since anyone able to help out here?

It's the normal pre built acer aspire atc-120-uc22

Win8.1 x64
Amd a10-6700 apu
With radeon hd8670d graphics
250gb hdd boot (sata unplugged from mobo)
1tb hdd (sata unplugged from mobo)
4gb ram
Dvd super drive (sata removed for now)
Card reader
Intergrated lan 10-100-1000
Wireless lan/bluetooth
Right now the only things I have been able to try "pulling bios battery with no power cord for thirty minutes and letting it sit, cleaning and reapplying cpu thermal compound, new ram I pulled my 8gb set from my backup pc and put them in still nothing" I don't however have a new cpu to test with. But i dont think the cpu is dead however I maybe wrong just hoping I'm not

So I'm starting to think I was wrong, I was finally able to get some time to fully look at it. I pulled the mobo out and cleaned everything I added a external gpu, with a 750w psu however I still get the same problem, the pc will turn on but display nothing I can't even get it in the bios, without a hdd plugged in. Right now the only things plugged into the mobo are ram, cpu, cpu cooler, 24pin power, and 4 pin power with a single monitor plugged into vga not HDMI, however switching displays around still doesn't post using HDMI

Something may have come loose in transportation, Reseat all connections. You said "pulled my 8gb set from my backup pc" May not be compatible.

Yes it's a compatible set, the only thing in the pc is a cpu and cpu cooler besides the mobo and ram. I have already reseated the cpu and cooler with new compound and I have tried a good psu with a gpu and nothing is posting still so it's gotta be the cpu at this point
