Acer Aspire M3470G-UW10P case

Can anybody tell me if this GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard and this Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-750 750W psu fit inside the Acer Aspire M3470G-UW10P case? I am only swapping out the CPU,GPU,RAM,mobo,and the psu in this computer.

If you're going to do that you might as well just buy a new case. No point in upgrading everything else and keeping your existing Acer case.

problem is im on a budget im not planning on changing the case hardrive and dvd player for aleast a year lol

You can pick up an Antec One or NZXT Source 210 for less than $30 so it's not that big of a drop in the bucket.

nice price i like it also i heard that if i swap the mobos but keep the same hardrive i won't have to replace the 0S is this true? (im currently running windows 7 64-bit)
