Question White spots on laptop screen ?

I just bought this used HP Elitebook 840 G6 Laptop with an i7-8665u CPU , 16GB RAM and a 512GB M.2 SSD for 290$

I thought it was a good deal but when I got back home I saw these white spots/dots on the screen that are visible with black an dark colors only, is this a concern? Like will it get worse in the future and ruin the whole screen or is it just gonna stay that way ? Please help!

is this a concern? Like will it expand more in the future and ruin the whole screen or it's just gonna stay that way?
Keep an eye on the panel and if they spread outwards or are seen on other parts of the screen, you replace the screen with a like-for-like panel.

To me it looks like the laptop was placed in a backpack with pressure applied onto the lid and the screen was brushing up against the keyboard which is what the imprint look like.

Do they usually spread though? Or is it a point damage and can't spread ?
