Hey everyone,

I am trying to move an Acer Aspire ax3910-b3702 motherboard to a new case, but the stock case connectors are one block and the motherboard is unlabelled.

I have been looking on google and found the service manual, but it doesn't label the pins either. Link is below, motherboard diagram is on page 74.

Does anyone know where I could find a diagram, or how I can figure it out myself?

Thanks in advance!

Hello... Did you mark and label them before you removed the wires them from the Original case?

Typically you can DE-pin those plastic connectors very easily and another method is to cut the wires and solder them to the case wires too. The Plastic connectors can be found or borrowed from other old or unused cables.

To de-pin them just press something small into the 'tab" holding it... push forward slightly and back, to release the pin.

I actually haven't removed it yet, but the cable from the Acer case is one block and also unlabelled so I won't be able to mark anything.

Thanks a lot! I'll try it out and will post when I'm done.

Edit - One quick question -- in his diagram, he labels the + side for power/hdd led, but not for the power/reset button. I'm assuming it's because it's the same as the rest, so the pins would be (from left to right) +/-/+/-

Is that correct?

Thanks!
