Hello,

I want to replace the standard GTX645 with a MSI Geforce GTX 960 Gaming 2g in my Acer Aspire TC-603. It says that the 960 uses less power than the 645 (960 = 120W/645 = 130W) but I saw somewhere that I may still need a better PSU, is this true or does it work with the standard PSU?

most gtx 960's require at least a 6-pin pcie cable

6-pin or 6+2 pin pcie cables, they come from the power supply start looking there

if your power supply does not have either of these then you will need to also upgrade the power supply

or get a gtx 950 variant that does not need them, there are some
