Either resolution is common, 1440x900 or 1600x900. He answered your question just fine, there's no reason to be an ass. And a simple Google search would've worked much better than posing this question in a news comments section.

dude, you too.
I know about the true 1600 x 900 resolution and I would have stated that.
but the resolution in my statement was either 1440 or 1400 like I stated.
only those two choices.
what in the heck does 1600 have to do with either 1440 or 1400.?
dip-stick 2..

STHU malmental, are you stupid? Your English in your post implies that you wanted "at least" (can we at least get 1440x900). Well both the above users have told you that it is 1600x900 which is greater than what you wanted.

nevermind.
bunch of ignorant baboons you are...
still do not get it.
is it that easy to talk over your uneducated heads, that's a shame.?

the unit in this article max's out @ 1366 x 768.
that's too small.
I want nothing less than 1440 x 900.
stated in the post above mine as referenced too.

wake up..

just checked, the 15.6 inch model has core i3 and intel 3000 graphics, and cost 600. And its funny that the 13.3 inch model will feature core i5 and 540m graphics. Isnt it supposed to be the other way around?

[citation][nom]Myself-NZ[/nom]It has an i5-2410M. 2.3 GHz with turbo up to 2.9http://www.acer.co.nz/ac/en/NZ/con [...] .RHQ02.017[/citation]
thats the tg model, looks good but overpriced $1999. The new zealand website is different though, it has the 5830tg model, the US website has only the 5830t model with core i3 for $600.

Where are you getting that from? It says the screen is 1366x768 in the article here? Also, I don't quite get what's going on with this refresh, I read on another news site that the CPUs in question are going to be the i5-2410M and i3-2310M, which are both 35W TDP processors. The models these are replacing from what I saw were mostly - although admittedly not exclusively - using the i3 380UM, which was a 18W TDP CULV processor. Seems like a step backward unless they're going to offer a one of the XXX7M Sandy Bridge CPUs as an option at a later date.
