Acer E5-475G i5 RAM Upgrades

I have Acer E5-475G i5, and i'm planning to upgrade it with Corsair SO DIMM DDR4 PC19200 2x8gb, is it compatible ?

Run that scanner and if the specs of that RAM kit are similar, then go for it. With RAM, there are motherboard limitations and Crucial memory should tell you all you need to know.

I get it, and it says 2400mhz it's good, but other says that i5 7200u only support 2133mhz... i'd like to upgrade with corsair, but corsair don't have dual channel kit at 2133mhz... so, what do you think ?

If you get the 2400mhz, it will automatically downclock to the 2133. If there are options in the BIOS, you could overclock it back to the 2400, but I doubt an OEM has any OC options. Plus, Crucial guarantees compatibility, so if it doesn't work, you can easily return it.
