Acer F15 F5-573-57BB backlight issue

The backlight for keyboard isn't bright enough, I have tried Fn + F9 which toggles the backlighting option, the lights do turn on as you can see them active under the keyboard, it's just not bright enough to illuminate the letters.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Not all of them are very bright. They are usually brighter as the room gets darker. So if you are in a bright room, they will not seem so bright.
