Hi I have a Acer G215H and I want to mount it using the VESA mount.

But the monitor didn't come with screws/bolts for attaching the plate to the back of the screen..

should they have been?

If not then what type of screws/bolts do I need I want to make sure I get the correct size there is no mention of anything in the manual.

So weird that they expect you to know the width and the depth and I can't find anything online about it either.

Anyone have any ideas?

I had to update this with the brilliant support from Acer!

I guess I shouldn't be surprised really the support person has no clue what I am asking, I didn't think it was that complicated!

My query..

Thank you for contacting Acer America. My name is Sumesh. I'll be happy to assist you.

From your mail, I understand that you need to get screw size information in order to mount your monitor.

I understand your concern.

As per our records your monitor is covered under Standard Limited Warranty.

You can use 100 × 100 mm screw in order to mount your monitor.

Please refer the following link in order to get your computer specifications:

I hope the above information was helpful.

Ok figured this out. Basically at the back of the monitor you take off 2 pieces of plastic that reveal the screws that hold the monitor arm (that sits in the desk stand) that comes with the monitor. It takes the arm off so that it looks better mounted on the mount and the 4 screws are perfect for mounting the VESA plate.

See the answer was simple in the end!
