Acer H276HL: Good first monitor?

Looking at buying this monitor for my nephew. It's essentially $190 on TigerDirect after $40 off. Is it a good monitor? Does anyone here have any experience with it?

It's a very nice monitor, I used it at work a while back.
For the price I would go for it.
