Hello, i have start up error on my laptop

Which is what? What model laptop, exact error message, when it happens, anything happen before this started? Have you tried to do anything already to fix this?

Have a Acer Model MS 2272 newer Trying to restore to factory setting.
Has Window Vista
When I turn it on all it does is Come up with Logo and at bottom say hit F2 for set up.
Have tried turn off hold F10 --same say hit F2

When Hit F2 say please wait --nothing every happens ?//
Can anyone help ????? Thanks in advance

How long have you waited? You may need to contact Acer to order actual restore disks, or boot Windows and see if there is a utility to create a disk set.
